Here at the PSBLTY Company we use enrollment as the measurement of how bought in'' anyone is into anything. Instead of selling people on the idea that they should buy something they dont have, enrollment is the proven process of helping prospectsidentify that that their goals and our goals are the same, and that the best way to accomplish those goals is surrounding themselves with the curriculum, live training, one-to-one coaching, and live experiences they can only find here.

In this role, you will learn:

  1. How to effectively qualify B2B leads to determine if our program is the best fit for them - or not.
  2. How to run a PSBLTY Session and enroll leads in:
    1. The power of pre-eminence and the danger of commoditization
    2. The difference between Clarification and Amplificationin their brand and marketing
    3. The difference between Possibility and Limitation and how that mindset is the difference between the highest earners in their space
    4. The difference between growth and authentic growth
    5. Proven strategies for standing up, standing out, and authentically growing their business
  3. How to present our program as the solution for their needs and goals.
  4. How to consistently close deals on the first and second call.

Who will you work with?

You will work directly with our Authentic Growth Leader. You will also work with our Marketing Leader, and Vertical Leaders regularly as you work together as a team to find and enroll amazing business owners and professionals.

Where will you work?

Anywhere you want! There is no PSBLTY office.

That means you have the flexibility to work from home, or a co-working location, or to take the family to Peru for the summer and work from your terrace overlooking Machu Picchu.

You will own 3 primary metrics as a Sales Representative:

  1. Book-to-Close rate
  2. DPL: Dollars-Per-Lead
  3. Impact Score: CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) + Percentage of clients that complete their engagement

Those 3 primary metrics will be supported by a number of strategic activities:

  1. Effective pre-call communication to increase the number of leads that attend the call prepared to talk about the program
  2. Making offers to qualified leads
  3. Managing the sales process to close leads quickly and efficiently

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of success as a direct sales representative with experience ideally in the B2B space working from direct response-generated leads
  • You genuinely love listening
  • You understand consultative selling
  • You love applying a proven strategy and creating an open dialogue with the client about whether they see the value
  • You LOVE making offers, closing deals, and know how to navigate the I need to think about it and common concerns
  • You are hungry to earn uncapped commissions
  • You take ownership for your results
  • You know how to run a clean sales process and are good at managing pipelines and opportunities
  • You are committed to dotting the is and crossing the ts by embracing systems and processes that make everyones lives easier
  • You understand direct-sales compliance and are committed to enrolling the right way
  • You are are an extremely hard worker who doesnt show up and hope someone signs up but comes early, stays late, and does whatever it takes to close deals
  • You love, bold, consultative selling and understand how to balance high challenge and high support with potential clients
  • You are a proven sales closer ideally with 1 call close or 2 call close phone experience
  • Ideally, you live in one of the 4 North American time zones and are available 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday for work, with occasional weekend calls as needed
