Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who are private rapidly-growing construction company operating in New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland focusing on new site development, construction and property management. They have 200 employees that develop and manage approximately 50,000 rental apartments in 12 states, including 10,000 affordable apartments.
They are seeking a Construction Superintendent to work with their team out of the company's HQ in Rochester, New York.
Job Function:
- Maintain Project Schedule/Timeline to ensure timely completion.
- Manage Field Personnel and Subcontractors.
- Maintain Order and Organization of jobsite and documentation.
- Maintain Communication and coordination with Subcontractors.
- Monitor progress of all sub-contractors.
- Maintain compliance with local safety codes.
- Ability to comprehend and execute construction plans.
Job Requirement:
- At least 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- OSHA 30 certificate (or SST card).
- Multifamily Residential experience
- Familiar with state/local building codes.
- Supervised projects in excess of $12M
