We are actively hiring for an experienced **Service Manager** in **Lakeland, FL**. The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and be dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. CentiMark Corporation is the world's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor. We have 95 offices across the US with over 3,500 employees. CentiMark offers a full complement of new and replacement roof systems including single-ply thermoplastics, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal roofing, spray polyurethane foam, tile, steep slope and roof maintenance coatings.
**Job Summary:**
* Marketing and developing service
* Scheduling and supervising two-man crews ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
* Ensuring customer satisfaction
* Estimating, proposing and selling repair work from some provided leads
* Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship
* Responsible for management/growth of service department
**Candidate Requirements:**
* 5+ years experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales is Preferred
* 2+ years experience in commercial roofing service
* Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
* Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
* Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO
