Job Summary
Provides administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Operations team in day-to-day activities.
Essential Tasks And Duties
- for HR labor invoice administration for US staffing agencies, Mexico contractors, Canada agency employees & consultants including:
- invoice and process invoice and arrange payments timely and accurately.
- invoice logs to finance if applicable.
- with other HR Operation tasks as needed.
- reports for HQ and Finance as needed.
- administrative and clerical support as needed assigned by the manager.
