Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Hagerstown, MD, responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Registered Nurse will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' medical needs and provide appropriate care and treatment, and educate patients and their families about proper healthcare procedures and self-care skills.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor s degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution
• Experience in a healthcare or medical setting
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and patient safety
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of all patient information
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
• BLS/CPR certification
