Salary: $60,320 - $66,560 yearly
Shift Availability: 12-hour day shift and 12-hour overnight shift available
As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll collaborate with various departments across the manufacturing environment to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical equipment. Your responsibilities will include maintenance, planning, and execution to minimize delays, costs, and equipment breakdowns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Four years of relevant experience or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience
- Proficient in fabrication and layout of special projects
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Aptitude for gathering and recording information, problem-solving, and executing tasks promptly
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Adaptability to various work environments and non-standard hours
- Capacity for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong color differentiation and vision abilities
