LHH is actively working on a direct hire search for a Senior Financial Analyst with a large, publicly traded manufacturing company in the Overland Park area. This position is open due to a promotion and will report to the Director of FP&A. The ideal candidate will have either a public accounting background or 2-5 years of financial analysis experience. There will be opportunity for upward mobility in the future due to company growth.
The Senior Financial Analyst job duties and responsibilities include:
- Development of financial forecasts and budgets
- Assist with the annual operating plan
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives
- Perform financial modeling, trend analysis, KPIs and reporting for management
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Comparable Field
- Public accounting or corporate financial analyst experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
*This company is on a hybrid work schedule with 3 days/week in office and 2 days/week from home.
