Shift Hours:

Hours: 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)

Shift: Days, Monday-Friday, no weekends, no holidays

Job Description:

Responsible for providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients across the continuum of care which involves nutrition assessment; determination of nutrition diagnosis(es); developing a care plan; implementation of tailored nutrition interventions including education for the individual or group; periodic monitoring, evaluation, reassessment, and revised interventions designed to manage or prevent the disease, injury, or condition for which the Dietitian provides nutrition care.

Qualifications:

Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. Certification by the State of Wisconsin, if not already certified, required within two months of hire.
