**Description**
Leads business intelligence and data warehouse projects including data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation and serves as the top level technical expert in overall business intelligence and data warehouse. Initiates data planning, design, development, testing/troubleshooting, support and maintenance. Provides technical leadership and serves as project manager on all business intelligence and data warehousing projects. Creates new or enhanced components for business intelligence and data warehouse technologies.
**Education and Training**
* Bachelors degree required; Bachelors degree in computer science of information technology preferred.
**Experience**
* Requires 2-4 years information technology experience required to have included data warehousing.
* Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
* Minimum 2-4 years of related development experience preferred. (SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML, Visual Studio, .NET, SharePoint, C#, Visual Basic.)
**Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications**
* Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent analytical and report writing experience required.
* Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
* Highly self-motivated and directed, with keep attention to detail
