Accounting Manager Consolidations
Total Compensation is to $150k
Description:
Support the monthly close and SEC reporting process.
Enter journal entries into the consolidation system and maintain documented support.
Responsible for a variety of consolidation and close functions which include financial statement preparation, journal entries, equity and analysis and other special projects.
Manage global monthly close process to ensure reporting on a timely basis.
Assist with the global intercompany reconciliation process.
Assist with the application of GAAP to new transactions.
Prepare statement of Cashflows.
Analyze financial statements and reports.
Prepare audit schedules and provide information to external auditors.
Analize balance sheet and income statement accounts and coordinate with accounting teams on any variances.
Responsible for various roll forward packages.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
CPA is a plus
5 to 7 years of Accounting & Finance experience
Pharmaceutical Industry preferred
Hyperion experience strongly preferred.
Experience with consolidation and close process.
