Job Title: Property Sales Administrator


LHH is currently working with a leading property management company specializing in residential and commercial properties in the Washington D.C. area. Looking to bring on a Property Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior property management, hotel sales, and or customer service support. The role will be Monday-Friday and will require weekend work during the busy season. The salary for the position ranges between $55,000-$70,000 based on experience. Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of assigned residential properties, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.

Conduct property inspections regularly to ensure adherence to company standards and identify any maintenance or safety issues.

Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, including obtaining bids, scheduling contractors, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Assist with leasing activities, including showing available units, screening prospective tenants, and preparing lease agreements.

Collect rent payments and enforce lease terms in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting for assigned properties.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.

Stay current on local market trends, regulations, and best practices in residential property management.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in property management or related field.

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and other relevant regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
