Apple IT Support Specialist

ONSITE in PHILADELPHIA
This position is both Desktop Support (going in person to user s desks) and phone support.
Looking for someone with heavy Apple/Mac experience
Utilizing Google platforms
Salesforce CRM
Ethernet cords- basic cords
Wi-Fi, light network support
Responsibilities
The IT Specialist will be responsible for the support and maintenance of server and computer infrastructure
The IT Specialist will be the point of contact for system backups, routing, switching and firewalls, storage area networks, system security, and software update deployments
Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate the efficiency of software and hardware usage and system performance
Ability to load/configure and troubleshoot Mac and Windows Operating Systems
Ability to work in and maintain Active and Open Directory Systems
Assist with Tier 2 and 3 End User and Desktop Support
250 end users
90% MAC, 8% Chrome, 2% Windows
Manage Office 365 and G Suite email systems
Configure network devices such as firewalls, L2/L3 switches, WAPs, VOIP phones and other IT equipment
Proactive Server/Device Monitoring and Reporting
Keep software and firmware up to date on server/network hardware
Manage Data Backups and Disaster Recovery Systems
Manage user and software licensing
Create and maintain documentation and procedures
Support other IT team members activities as needed
