Merchandise Manager who will be responsible for growing web revenue by identifying opportunities in key categories and developing a product assortment to align with customer needs.

Key Accountabilities:

Leverage merchandising and content expertise to help develop a best-in-class channel experience that maximizes engagement and conversion opportunities

Ownership of BerlinPackaging.com website merchandising including product assortment, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, managing and reporting on-site search and category pinning

Optimize the website purchase path and funnel improvements based on data points and customer feedback to improve CVR and AOV

Track and analyze key KPIs including inventory capacity, Sell Through Rate, Click Through Rate & Revenue

Plan ecommerce promotions to drive revenue during key sales periods

Work with supply chain team, suppliers and distributors to determine item strategy, negotiate prices and maintain BerlinPackaging.com assortment

Monitor customer feedback and search terms to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand

Suggest and implement departmental strategies to maximize sales, increase margin, and enhance customer relations

Review competitor landscape, including pricing, profit, marketing and other progress

Work directly with teams to ensure all product information and photography is correct and best presented for maximum sales

Work with SEO team to identify improvements to be made on current offering and best practices

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Bachelors degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience

5 years or more of merchandising experience in both a catalog and web direct marketing environment (B2B packaging background strongly preferred)

Proven track record of successful merchandising required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills among all functions of the business

Familiarity with Google Analytics and ERP systems

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong computer literacy

Working Environment :

* Lockport or Chicago office environment
