Location: Hybrid - LA County, California

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 Base + Commission

As we continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join thier team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the hardware products segment, with a focus on different types of servers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the cybersecurity space, and leverage this knowledge to effectively position our products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while delivering exceptional customer service and support.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of selling hardware products, preferably different types of servers.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding 100% of quota consistently.
  • Extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity space, with the ability to quantify the value proposition of our products in this context.
  • Demonstrated experience in new business development, with a hunter mentality and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel 40% or more as needed.
