SUMMARY: The Automotive Shop - Tire Technician repairs and replaces damaged/worn tires of automobiles and commercial trucks in the George's fleet. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Repairs and replaces damaged tires of automobiles, buses, vans, trucks, and other automotive vehicles. Balance repaired or new tires. Wheel changes Perform road calls and emergency services, as necessary. Handle fleet surveys Other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will not have supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Requiredo High School Diploma or equivalento Valid driver's license Preferredo 1 year of experience as a Tire Techniciano Valid CDL
