As a maintenance technician at Bowman Pointe Apartments, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our apartment community. This includes hands-on work such as appliance and equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry tasks. Experience in HVAC and an EPA certification are a plus.

Requirements for this position include:
- a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, HVAC or EPA certification (preferred), and pool operation and maintenance experience (preferred).
- Candidates should have a strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, and basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.
- The ideal candidate will also be able to take part in our on-call rotation schedule to address maintenance emergencies outside of regular business hours.
