About the job Senior People Business Partner Our client seeks a highly experienced and dynamic Senior People Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to the senior leadership team, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectivesPartner with senior leadership and managers to understand business needs and provide guidance on people-related mattersAct as a trusted advisor and consultant to leadership on all HR-related issuesLead and manage employee relations, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with all employment laws and regulationsManage and maintain HRIS system and employee recordsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projectsStay current on HR trends and best practices to improve and enhance HR processes and programs continuouslyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR roleStrong knowledge of HR laws and regulationsHR Manufacturing experienceProven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiativesExperience in managing employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolutionAbility to build strong relationships with senior leadership and serve as a trusted advisor
