**About the job**
Our Richmond manufacturing facility is adding a brand-new Shipping/Receiving and Warehouse associate to our lineup, and wed like to hear from you. In this role, you will provide your picking, packing, and shipping skills to your team, supporting multiple units.
Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday, plus overtime as required
Base pay is $17.50 an hour or more, and annual production-based bonus opportunity
As a part of the team, you will:
* Pick components in the warehouse in various locations in accordance with picking specification and following routings stated
* Deliver components to production teams according to SOPs
* Complete associated transactions in internal EPR system and paperwork
* Develop a detailed product and process knowledge of Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers by working temporary in the assembly cell
* Cross train in Shipping and Receiving and Warehousing processes
* Execute quality checks and inspections as needed.
* Complete other tasks as may be assigned.
**What you know**

You have a high school diploma or GED, and:
* Good verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to count accurately
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* A teamwork mentality
* Experience with working in inventory transaction systems and/or basic computer skills
* Know how to follow Standard Operating Procedures
* 1 year of warehouse and/or forklift experience (preferred)
*High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Candidates interested in company-sponsored GED program will be considered.*
