Digital Marketing Account Manager
About Us:
Real Content Solutions (RCS) is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our staff. Our company, pioneered in the entertainment industry, services a wide array of clients from start-ups to billion dollar publicly traded firms. Heavily rooted in the music, real estate, and audio visual industries, RCS offers opportunities to work with forward leaning clients, management and co-workers.
We provide clients digital solutions across multiple disciplines including graphic design, web design and construction, video production and social media management.
Job Description:
The role of an RCS Account Manager (AM) is to manage the digital marketing activities of their client base.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the client s project to ensure that all project deliverables meet the needs, timeline, and expectations of the client.
Be the main point of contact between the client and RCS to answer any concern or request put forth by the client in a timely fashion
Schedule, coordinate and communicate with creative staff to meet objectives of the project.
Manage creative resources
Create briefs for the day of a video / photo shoot which includes the day of schedule, location, interviewees, etc.
Analyze SEO reports, google ads reports, and social media ads reports to create strategic social media, blog, and google ad content
Manage client marketing budgets
Communicate client expectations and requirement
Oversee calendar scheduling
Communicate with accounting on what needs to be billed and when
Create offers for contracted creative resources
Job Requirements:
Previous digital marketing experience / education preferred
Effective written and verbal communication

Starting pay ranges $25 - $30 hourly
