**Position Summary:**

This position exists as a member of the Health Navigation team to provide front-lines customer service support to customers, as they seek unbiased, expert, compassionate support for any health care challenge. The role primarily involves answering inbound calls from our customers to gather the information needed to resolve their needs. Secondarily, Concierge Allies are positioned to complete over-the-phone satisfactions surveys with interested participants.

We're looking for candidates with exceptional customer service, professionalism - and a passion for simplifying the healthcare experience one customer interaction at a time.

**Essential Job Functions:**

* Builds effective rapport with participants and probes to ensure that all the needs of the participant(s) are identified

* Responsible for educating and promoting clinical services that are available to participant with a goal of increasing engagement

* Prioritizes the most important service needed (coaching, information, emotional support, web navigation)

* Works closely with the nurse team and/or other teams to determine best method to satisfy participants need(s)

* Comfortable communicating medical information to a non-medical audience

* Conducts feedback surveys with participants to evaluate satisfaction, utilization of services provided and impact of CM services

* Document all research and summarize calls in the case management system

* Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position

* Other duties as assigned

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent customer service and customer resolution skills.

* Ability to learn quickly

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Flexible and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to reorganize priorities as business needs change

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Technology proficient

**Work Conditions:**

* Frequent computer use at a workstation for extended periods of time.

* Access information using a computer and related components and peripherals.

* Participate in training sessions and meetings.

* Ability to be flexible with various shifts and possible overtime when business needs require.

**Education and Experience**

* High School diploma required

* 2 years relevant experience in telephonic customer service
