Reports To: President and Show Director

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Manager located in South Florida. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Effective communication with clients and maintaining strong relationships will be key to success in this role.

- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the home design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in sales or account management is not required
