TOWNSHIP OF GREENWICH PART-TIME ASSISTANT TO THE FINANCE OFFICE The Township of Greenwich is seeking a part time assistant in the Finance Office. Duties include purchase order processing from start to finish, bill list preparation, check processing, and EFT payments. Accounts payable also works with all departments ensuring correct invoicing and purchase order compliance and answering inquiries from vendors regarding purchase orders and payments. Assists CFO with treasury and other duties assigned, including but are not limited to bank reconciliations, daily deposits and posting. MSI Financial Software required.
