Sales Development Representative


Job Details

We are working with a dynamic and innovative SaaS company that is looking to add to their team on the SDR side. As an SDR with just under a year of experience, you will utilize your expertise in cold calling, prospecting, and setting meetings to fuel our sales pipeline and drive revenue growth for the enterprise team!


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-12 months of experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of cold calling techniques, prospecting methodologies, and appointment setting best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently and build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
  • Must be able to work in Houston, TX, for at least three days a week in the office.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads within our target market segments. Utilize various tools and techniques to gather information and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects with confidence and professionalism. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their challenges and articulate how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate their potential value to the sales team. Identify decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments and demos for the sales team. Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads, providing all necessary background information to facilitate successful meetings.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system. Track progress against targets and provide regular updates to the sales leadership team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Provide valuable insights and feedback to continuously improve our sales processes.
