SCI.ON (Specialty Consultants Inc. Opportunity Network), is seeking a Community Manager to join our client, a private multifamily property manager to lead property operations for communities located in Victorville, CA.
The company is seeking an individual to lead the on-site team, maximize occupancy, and minimize property operating expenses while maintaining a quality product.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain expenses within budget guidelines.
- Manage approved vendor list and ensure timely processing of accounts payable.
- Maintain office operations and property appearance; fill in as needed in leasing roles.
- Initiate policies, maintain staff and resident communication, conduct property inspections.
Qualifications:
- High School degree, preferred
- Preferred experience in property management or related field.
- CAM /ARM designation preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, YARDI , and related software preferred.
- Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant laws, Fair Housing/ADA regulations, and OSHA & EPA requirements.
