About the role:
The Field Operations Assistant is an advanced level Administrative role that provides crucial daily communication and support for our off-site crews who are working on client projects at food manufacturing facilities out in the field.
This position will directly support the Operations Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Operations.
Bilingual, English-Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply!

Job Requirements:
- have excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
- Spanish bilingual speaking/writing is strongly preferred.
- demonstrate a strong work ethic through your solid attendance record.
- a Team player and confident while interacting with all departments and levels within the organization.
- pay careful attention to detail and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
- organized with an ability to prioritize, handle pressure, and meet multiple deadlines on a daily basis.
- flexible and willing to respond positively to change as well as offer solutions to challenges.
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm in Brownsburg, IN office.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
