RedValley is seeking a creative and dynamic Interior Designer to join the MOYA Design Partners team. As an Interior Designer at our firm, you will drive the design process for a variety of projects, including workplace environments, multifamily living spaces, and educational facilities. Your expertise in test fits, furniture and fabric selection, materials, and the latest design trends will be essential in delivering outstanding interior solutions. You will use REVIT to produce detailed documentation and realistic renderings, ensuring each project meets our standards of excellence and innovation. For client presentations, experience in Enscape is preferred as all renderings need to be done in-house.

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer specializing in workplace, office, multifamily projects, and educational environments. This role is perfect for someone with a profound understanding of Furniture, Finishes, and Equipment (FF&E), who is passionate about creating meaningful and functional interior spaces.

What You'll Do

  • Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, focusing on workplace, multifamily, and educational environments.
  • Execute space planning and test fits to enhance functionality and aesthetics in a variety of interior settings.
  • Develop comprehensive FF&E specifications with a keen eye for durability, sustainability, and suitability for educational settings.
  • Create Furniture and Material Schedules
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and technologies, particularly those relevant to educational interiors.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure cohesive design outcomes that align with project goals and user needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget requirements.

What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in interior design.
  • English C1 or C2 Level (Native)
  • Portfolio showcasing workplace, office, multifamily, and educational projects.
  • Expertise in U.S. FF&E, materials, and finishes for office, multifamily, and educational environments.
  • Proficient in Revit, InDesign, and Enscape for design documents and visualizations.
  • Strong skills in programming, space planning, and creating functional interior spaces.
  • Excellent knowledge of interior detailing, building codes, and accessibility regulations.
  • Experience translating design concepts into buildable drawings.
  • Proficiency in project due diligence analysis and research for zoning and codes.
  • Understanding of interior building systems and construction.
  • Leadership in FF&E process including product research and vendor coordination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Passion for sustainable design; LEED ID+C: Commercial Interiors certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day project requirements and administrative tasks.
