Job Details
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities.
- Monitoring equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitoring expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance.
- Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keeping maintenance logs and reporting on daily activities.
- Ensuring health and safety policies are complied with.
- Planning and coordinating all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
- Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Inspecting buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Controlling activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
