Job Details

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities.
  • Monitoring equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Monitoring expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance.
  • Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Keeping maintenance logs and reporting on daily activities.
  • Ensuring health and safety policies are complied with.
  • Planning and coordinating all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Inspecting buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Controlling activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
  • Allocating office space according to needs
