  • $55,000 to $75,000 annual salary

What we need from you:

  • Experience - You have 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
  • Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license
  • Software - You have experience working with any agency management systems - AppliedEpic, AMS360, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
  • Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
  • Book of Business - You have experience with small to midsize accounts


Responsibilities:

  • Servicing accounts of mostly small to midsize accounts
  • Build client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism
  • Processing certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements
  • Requests for information and documentation
  • Prepare the applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
  • Follow up with Markets for quotations
