Allied Caregivers Vermont -
Looking for 24 hr. live in care for a woman to make sure she is safe. Very cognitive and independent. Monitor for safety and fall prevention, conversation/mental stimulation, health care appointments, shopping, laundry, linen changes, make beds, floor care, tidy kitchen, clean bathroom, trash/recycling, meal planning, meal prep, encourage fluids, med reminders.
Details of The Job
-The Caregiver lives in a separate room at the clients home with access to a bathroom.
-The Caregiver gets 3 meals and day and their room for free.
-The Caregiver needs to stay in the home all day long unless they have arranged in the schedule to leave the client alone to go and run errands.
-The Caregiver gets paid a day rate of $250. The Caregiver works for 8 hours a day. During the non-working 8 hours, the Caregiver must stay in the home but can go into their room if they wish and read a book or watch TV etc. Caregiver needs to have a baby monitor in their room so if the client calls out they can go and assist them. The caregiver is not paid for their 8 hours of sleep at night.

Allied Caregivers are looking for compassionate caregivers. Must be interested in helping elders and persons with disabilities live in the comfort of their own home. Many who may otherwise end up in nursing homes without your support are relying on people like you to help them stay home.

Experience preferred.
Must pass background check,
Be at least 18 years of age,
Willing to commute up to 30 min.
