Copy Link Inventory Manager Location New York Inventory Manager Description Were seeking a hyper-organized, gemstone loving individual with strong attention to detail to manage our stone inventory. As the Inventory Manager, your role will focus on tracking our gemstones as they move from one department to the next. The role will include everything from making stone arrangements, fielding all stone related inquiries, tracking and ordering inventory, and, most importantly, maintaining a highly organized inventory system for the company the crux of our sales, production, and custom departments! As this scope of work develops alongside the growth of our company, the position will also encompass providing invaluable support to our Production team as described below. Responsibilities include: -Manage stone inventory on a daily basis: -Facilitate and record flow of stones in and out of inventory, as ordered -Facilitate and record flow of stones details, including GIA certificates and appraisal forms, in and out of inventory -Maintain an organized photo asset bank of inventory -Make stone arrangements and deliver to production -Monthly inventory reports -Provide support to the custom, sales, and production managers, as necessary, by sending photos of loose stones for clients -Work with the Design and Development Manager to manage WWAKEs gemstone ethos. This will include providing support to the sales teams on product information and vetting new stone vendors. -Will provide support to the development team in tracking finished jewelry samples. -Assist Sales and Production Teams with data entry support: updating and managing cost sheets with accurate details and ordering inventory from 3rd party vendors -Provide insight to the Business Manager and Production Director on how to best improve our inventory levels for the benefit of the business, and the team logistics -Provide general support to the Production Team including, but not limited to: building cost sheets, quality control, stone sorting and packaging, stone trafficking, fulfillment support, etc. The ideal candidate has: -1-year working experience in the jewelry industry -Availability to work in person, 5 days a week, M-F -Ability to work on a small team, flexible, team-oriented -Strong communication skills -Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented -Ability to prioritize workflow & have good time management skills -Strong willingness to learn about gemstones and company systems -Skilled at Excel sheets and pivot tables Our ideal candidate is available full time, for immediate hire.
