Position is for a 9-12 year experienced Production Support analyst for L2/L3 production support along with enhancements Candidate should be technically strong (Hands On) in the required technologieso Technical skill set: ASP.NET, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), React JS, Python, MVCo Domain skills: Banking, Capital Markets/Asset Management L2/L3 production support with enhancements for a set of Asset Management Applicationso Strong exposure and understanding of ITIL concepts around Incident Management, Problem management, Change requests, SLA s and KPI s are looked for.o Strong technical skills, understanding of overall development environment is requiredo Understanding of release management, deployment tools Candidate is required to work from 8 AM till 5 PM ESTo Rotational On-Call support Candidate should be flexible to working hours, to accommodate the need of the project#LI-JW1
