Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individuals seeking a career as a TPO Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with broker partners, facilitating their access to our mortgage products, and ensuring a seamless loan origination process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, and exceptional interpersonal skills. We will provide a 30 - 60 day training class which will educate you on all aspects of the mortgage process, products, programs, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party originators and broker partners.
  • Understand and communicate complex mortgage product information to brokers effectively.
  • Assist partners through the loan process, from application to closing.
  • Identify and recruit new broker partners to expand our network.
  • Provide training and support to brokers on loan products and changes in the mortgage industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth operation and excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in mortgage sales or account management ( Not Mandatory )
  • Deep knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and products. ( Not Mandatory )
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
