Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Operations Analyst at Activest Wealth Management LLC. The Operations Analyst will perform day-to-day operations tasks, including analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting the team in various administrative tasks. This role is located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, with flexibility for some remote work.


Main responsibilities:

Data Import Management: Oversee the importation of financial and client-related data into our Portfolio Management and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Data Cleansing: Conduct thorough data cleansing and validation procedures to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in imported data.

System Integration: Collaborate with IT and software development teams to integrate data import processes with existing systems and applications.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout importation.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess data import procedures and identify optimization and efficiency enhancement opportunities.

Account opening: Coordinate client onboarding and account maintenance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Process client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, promptly and accurately.

Trade execution: Coordinate and facilitate the execution of client trades, including equity, fixed income, and alternative investments, in collaboration with portfolio managers and trading desks.

Trade validation: Conduct post-trade analysis and support trade revisions, including corrections and amendments, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client instructions.

Monitor trade settlements and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.



Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Proven experience in data management, preferably within the financial services industry.

Proficiency in data manipulation tools and technologies such as SQL and Excel

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
