CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Payroll Labor Compliance Officer for a highly regarded client in Fort Worth, TX. As the Payroll Labor Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all labor compliance-related activities, including labor laws and regulations, state and federal wage compliance requirements, and administration of payroll compliance documentation. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a labor compliance role. Requirements for the Payroll Labor Compliance Officer:
2+ years of experience in a payroll labor compliance role
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field, preferred
Background in state and federal wage requirements, and labor laws
Must have Certified Payroll experience
Proficiency in Viewpoint or any ERP software, a plus!
Background in payroll software and systems, or any platforms
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs
Ability to work fully on-site in Fort Worth
Compensation for the Payroll Labor Compliance Officer:
Direct Hire
Location: 100% on-site in Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
