Growing, transactional boutique is looking for a rock star, partner level corporate lawyer. Candidate will have front-line deal making responsibilities and be expected to run transactions and manage clients and internal deal team. Position involves running deals ranging from $500K seed financings to $300M+ M&A transactions.
Opportunity to work in a boutique environment with a great team and without Big Law bureaucracy. You will have full support in all aspects of your practice (admin, paralegals, associates, specialists and other senior lawyers).
Positive attitude, strong technical skills, and proven history of leading a deal team to successful closings are critical to this position.
Job Requirements:
1) 4+ years of Big Law corporate/transactional experience
2) 8+ years of total corporate/transactional experience
3) Specific expertise in:
a. M&A
b. Venture/Emerging growth
c. Corporate governance (corporations and LLCs)
4) Licensed in CA
Flexibility offered for working remotely. Fully remote position available for applicants who live outside of the Los Angeles area.
Compensation package of $350-$400K+
