Position Overview:


We are in search of an ambitious and proactive Training and Quality professional that will provide support to the Training, Quality Assurance, and Compliance team in directing the organization s Airport and Airline Security Programs. You will work cohesively and cooperatively as a part of the team maintaining order and transparency with all processes and procedures that relate to the training, quality assurance and compliance program. The successful candidate will be well-versed in quality assurance and compliance principles and able to rely on experience, sound judgement, and critical thinking to plan, organize and implement goals and objectives.


Ideal candidates will have a positive outlook and a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail. Members of our Training, Quality Assurance and Compliance team are highly motivated, detail oriented, organized, able to multitask and meet strict deadlines.


Duties/Responsibilities:


Assist with the development and maintenance of internal security plans and policies related to:

  • Safety Act Compliance
  • Operations Manual
  • Business Continuity
  • Emergency Response
  • Health & Safety
  • Training Lesson Plans
  • Training Content Development


Day to day oversight and support of the following technology and equipment:

  • Securitas Vision
  • iAuditor
  • Additional Technology Integration as it comes up


Participation in and support of the following department functions:

  • Station start up planning and implementation
  • Company federal and regulatory compliance (back up for Compliance Coordinator)
  • Quality Assurance Audit Program
  • General Project Management


Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years in Aviation or Homeland Security or relevant degree program from an accredited college
  • Must be a self-starter that can work independently with little supervision
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • Must have state issued Driver s License and a clean driving record
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Willing and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative results
  • Willing and able to obtain an Airport SIDA badge which requires a 10 year verifiable background check, Criminal History Records Check and Security Threat Assessment


Education/Experience/License Requirements:


HS Diploma or GED

Experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Outlook, Excel)
