Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Superintendent to join our team at Trace Creek Construction. The General Superintendent will play a crucial role in training and development processes for the site leads on multiple job sites. This individual will lead a team of construction professionals, collaborate with project managers, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals on multiple jobsites.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Implement & oversee company training for field personnel.
Address and assist with resolving any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
Implement and monitor quality control processes.
Conduct inspections to ensure work meets established standards.
Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial construction projects.
Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs.
Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Training and development experience is preferred.
