Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Multi-media Marketing Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of multimedia channels, and a proven track record of driving engagement and conversion through innovative marketing strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to digital, social media, email, print, and video.
  • Create compelling multimedia content, including graphics, videos, infographics, and other visual assets, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in multimedia marketing, and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tactics into marketing plans.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed to support marketing initiatives, including graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and printers.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales sheets, and other promotional materials.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in multimedia marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or other similar software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages for different audiences and channels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation, able to generate fresh ideas and approaches to engage target audiences effectively.

This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
