The HRIS Operations Manager ensures HRIS aligns with organizational needs, optimizing efficiency and compliance. They oversee system implementation, integration, and management, collaborating with IT and vendors. Responsibilities include streamlining HR processes, utilizing data for insights, and managing routine administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of HRIS system
- Maintain data integrity and quality in HRIS database
- Establish and enforce data management standards
- Produce reports for decision-making
- Analyze HR data for trends and improvements
- Design and maintain HR metric dashboards
- Implement process streamlining changes
- Collaborate with vendors for system enhancements
- Maintain HRIS data security
- Lead change management for HRIS updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or Business.
- 5+ years HRIS management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- HRIS certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, HRIP) a plus.
