**TITLE:** Warehouse Associate I **LOCATION:** Otsego, MN **EXPERIENCE** : Ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of general warehouse experience and is proficient operating a variety of material handling equipment, such as forklifts, high-drive lifts and walkie-rider pallet jacks. Preferred candidates will have exposure to handling soft and cased goods in the furniture industry.
**SCHEDULE:** M-F, 6-2:30 PM, 7-3:30 PM or 8-5 pm (flex options also available)
**STARTING PAY:** $19/hour with potential for $500 signing bonus (terms apply)
**REPORTS TO:** Inbound Manager, Outbound Manager or Inventory Control Manager as assigned

**GENERAL DUTIES** :
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Receiving and putting away of inbound inventory
* Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
* Audit outbound shipment for order accuracy
* Shrink wrap and band all out bound shipments
* Accurately record all inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse management system
* Load and unload inbound containers as assigned
* Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes
* Assist with light assembly and repackaging of product
* Maintain safe and clean work environment
* Other duties as assigned
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS** :
* High school diploma preferred
* Power equipment experience, preferably an OSHA approved license
* Must be able to operate independently on assigned tasks
* Experience with handheld RF guns/scanners preferred
* Basic experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**
* Must be able to lift/carry 0-75 pounds frequently and 75 - 150 pounds occasionally
* Must be able to push/pull up to 200 pounds occasionally
* Must be able to bend/twist/stoop frequently
* Must be able to kneel/squat frequently
* Must be able to sit occasionally
* Must be able to stand/walk constantly through entire 8-hour shift
* Must be able to reach with outstretched arms frequently
* Must be able to reach overhead occasionally
* Must be able to climb a ladder occasionally
* Must be able to use a keyboard occasionally
* Must be able to hold and operate a handheld scanner frequently
