**Guest Service Representative Blue Ash, OH** **Company Overview** Tide Cleaners is on a mission to make caring for clothes so perfect and simple, that peoples lives dont have to revolve around their laundry. We deliver this service to our guests in neighborhoods, university campuses, military bases, and multi-family buildings across multiple different access points, including lockers, stores, delivery, and campus subscriptions. Tide Cleaners is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Procter & Gamble Company, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH with additional offices in Dallas, TX, and Chicago, IL.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers
* Meet, greet and assist all valet drive-up customers at their car
* Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
* Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
* Follow Companys new customer protocol
* Attend Company offered ongoing training and education
* Serve as primary liaison with customers
* Process customer phone and personal relations
* Consultatively assist customers with cleaning, stain and/or finishing needs and/or concerns
* Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment
* Mark-In incoming customer orders; identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized register
**Qualifications and Experience:**
**Education:**
* No minimum requirement
**Experience:**
* Customer service experience preferred
**Physical Requirements:**
* Must be able to frequently lift up to 30 pounds
* Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
**Job Type:** Full time, Part time
**Pay:** From $13.00hr
**Schedule:**
* Day Shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability
