As a Front Desk Supervisor, you would be responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver elevated guest service.
You will work directly with our Front Desk Manager to ensure all staff within your department is trained properly, remains timely with attendance and remains hospitable with both hotel guests and fellow employees.
**The ideal candidate for this position**
* Will have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position
* Will have a minimum of 2 years hotel or customer service position
* Strong computer knowledge
* The ability to work a varied and flexible schedule based on the demands of the department and hotel
* A desire to lead a team of employees to our goal of becoming a leader in our community
