As a Sales Manager, you will:
Be A Guide for families and older adults Youll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.Be A Team player Youll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.Be A Partner Youll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifications & SkillsWed love to talk if you have the following:
+ Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
+ Valid drivers license
+ Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
+ Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
