Our client is a rapidly growing environmental wastewater management company, in immediate need of a General Manager for their San Antonio location. The General Manager will oversee the entire liquid waste life cycle and services for the designated market area. Responsibilities include managing waste volume and processing, transportation life cycle management, P&L responsibility, fostering positive customer relationships, organizing plant support activities, and ensuring customer needs are met. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management, Transportation, Project Management, or Logistics, along with 5-7 years of experience in business development, trucking, and plant management, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and 1-3 years of P&L experience. The salary will be 125-145k with a 20% bonus, vehicle allowance, and full benefits.
