I'm working with an AmLaw firm that is motivated to find a midlevel CRE associate. Fannie Mae experience is highly desirable, as is experience with lender-side GSE, multi-family housing, large multi-use development, and affordable housing.
This is a busy, collaborative group that values in-office interaction, and the successful candidate can choose to sit in Maryland, DC, or Northern Virginia.
At least three years of substantive commercial real estate experience is a must.
