**Job Description**
Oversee the daily duties for the plywood business at Doka USA
**Experience in coordinating logistics, operations and sales of the plywood business as a specialty of Doka USA product**
Process orders from branches (9 branches in total) checking stock, communicating orders to warehouses, getting trucking schedule. Running picking tickets and bill of ladings.
Track and trace plywood orders and stock containers coming in and updating tracking sheet for multiple container lines, and multiple vendors.
Update purchase orders (POs) to vendors and sending for approval.
Verify and maintain Inventory at main port area warehouses.
Partner with freight brokers to schedule shipments for material ready @ vendor
Approve warehouse fee invoices for monthly storage.
Partner with accounts payable to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner to receive shipments purchased and released from the port ( receipt of shipment: anywhere from 1hr 4 hrs a day at random times, more frequent these days.)
Additional Tasks
- Partner with e-commerce to process any orders that come in, updating the e-commerce website, supporting plywood sales manager, to allow for greater focus on driving revenue to the site.
- Manage Social media posts about plywood, e-com, and any other marketing needed for plywood and e-com. Flyers, technical specs, sales promotions, etc
- Additional responsibilities, ad hoc added to the department.
**Qualifications**
Required Experience
Plywood experience
Microsoft office excel, word, power point
Negotiating/procurement experience
Operations experience erp software, scheduling, inventory management
International shipping brokers, INCO terms, HTS codes, rate negotiation, tracking/tracing, booking shipments
Organized with good time management skills
Preferred
Commodities

Social media creating content, publishing to online media sources.
