Requirements:
An active CA DRE licensee (salesperson or broker)
An active NMLS endorsement to that license
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator
Guideline expertise
Great communication skills
A small book of business preferred
Responsibilities:
Develop new business and prospect new customers
Develop relationships within the real estate community and other business professionals
Structure loans based on knowledge of underwriting guidelines
Complete the loan application
Gather and submit the necessary documentation for loan qualification
Communicate with the Lender, title officer, escrow officer, loan processor
Maintain your loan pipeline
Maintain Compliance through gathering all disclosures and abiding by all regulations
