**Sales Coordinator**

Full-Time | Posted February 16, 2022 Locations: Princeton, Kentucky; Hopkinsville, Kentucky; Clarksville, Tennessee; and Russellville, Kentucky **Purpose**

The Sales Coordinator provides support to the sales management team and Customer Account Managers, assisting with paperwork completion and other administrative tasks. The Sales Coordinator will be required to travel to all locations within their assigned Region.

**Responsibilities**

* Mark equipment sold in Connect.

* Utilize Connect to process trade, on hold, order, service, lien search and trucking requests.

* Create a PO by sending the stock number of equipment to JD Quote.

* Provide assistant to the Settlement team for any outstanding requests in designated Region.

* Track inventory that arrives on the lot and mark inventory sold greater than 15 days.

* Review Turf CAMs paperwork to ensure correct documents have been uploaded, correct incentives applied, and all tasks have been completed.

* Work with Lot Coordinator to confirm equipment is ready for trucking.

* Run the Sold Not Invoiced report that alerts the CAMs to items they have marked sold but have not collected on or sent in documents for.

* Utilize JDMint to track FDD and change order codes.

* Build and price, add stock and trade unit and make sure all incentives are applied in JDQuote.

* Process retail notes for Customer Account Managers.

* Use Customer Portfolio Connection to payoff quotes.

* Look up customer equipment that is financed with John Deere Financial and lease equipment in Customer Portfolio Connection.

* Assist CAMs with Expense Reports using Concur.

* Pull Warranty Reports when needed.

* Support management in the pursuit of corporate policies, plans, goals, and long-term objectives.

**Experience, Education and Skills**

* High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.

* Bachelors Degree is preferred.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, with heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

* Working knowledge of the agriculture industry as it relates to inventory stocking levels/timing of orders.

* Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and speech.

* Ability to work independently, with little oversight or guidance on a daily basis.
