DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To ensure sufficient parts and product inventory levels for the divisions assigned within Material Handling to meet the needs of customer orders
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Manage inventory, enter stock quotes, expedite requests, and maintain optimal part inventory for the divisions assigned
Partner with the Parts Shipping and Purchasing teams to maintain inventory levels and minimize shortages
Effectively communicate with Management, Purchasing, Production, and Distribution Center (DC) staff regarding shortages and delays
Analyze daily and monthly models used for the inventory stocking requirements of parts for the divisions assigned to identify overstock and/or slow-moving inventory
Present solutions to management that eliminate slow and non-moving inventory
Enter quotes into Oracle for parts from other locations
Track and control ordered quotes
Breakdown parts orders for items that require assembly
Manage the release of orders to the staff picking based on part availability
Track requests and follow up with Production, Planning & Control (PP&C) on the status of orders
Create new inventory locations and shipment BOL/Commercial Invoices when needed
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Excellent web navigation skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
Basic working knowledge of Pride products preferred
Lift/push/pull 40 lbs. preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of administrative experience utilizing Microsoft Office Excel
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a warehouse environment supporting manufacturing/production efforts preferred
At least 1 year of experience in an inventory management role preferred
At least 1 year of experience using RF scanners to properly and accurately document materials or products preferred
Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
