**Assistant Housekeeper (m/f/d) - Ruby Lucy**
Ruby Lucy, is located in the fashionable Southbank quarter at Lower Marsh, a historic market street with many small bars, restaurants and boutiques. The hotel, with ca. 100 rooms, is located very close to Waterloo mainline train and underground station. Westminster, Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square are easily reached on foot, just a few minutes away, along with Soho and Covent Garden. **Duties and responsibilities that will excite you at Ruby, as you will be:**
* performing cleaning duties in the public areas
* ensuring and controlling the specified housekeeping quality standards
* the deputy of our Head of Housekeeping in her/his absence
* coordinating the coooperation with external companies
* taking over capacity and quality management as well as controlling delivery bills and performance
* fulfilling guest requests for additional in-room amenities
* taking care of plants and flower arrangements as well as seasonal decorations
* supporting other departments in the hotel as needed
* willing to work shifts and take over night shifts on a temporary basis
* a great affinitiy for cleanliness and order as well as an eye for detail
* confident, have a zest for life as well as sense of humor
* enjoying to deal with international, demanding guests and have the ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes
* a good command of English
